Commercial landlords currently enrolled in PGW's residential Landlord Cooperation Program (LCP)
account do not need to create a new Commercial Lien Notification Program (CLNP) account. Instead,
you can log into your LCP account and register your commercial properties via the Register
Commercial Properties link. If you do not have an active Residential LCP account, you must
enroll and create a CLNP account and then register your commercial properties.
